I invite you to spend a wellness weekend in a century old home on the shores of Lake Erie in Port Stanley, Ontario with other like minded women.

Are you tired of going round and round in life with unhealthy relationships, repeating behaviours that don’t attract exactly what you want in life? Would you like a better understanding of where these negative behaviours stem from? The this is the retreat for you.

We will do yoga, meditate, experience sound bath meditations, journal, have workshops, breathwork, optional ice bath, laugh, cry, and play our way to wellness.
